Insulated Roof system is a roof sandwich panel be compose of the top sheet as roofing ‘KS CozySeam’, the bottom sheet as ceiling and ‘EPS Foam Insulation’ insulated in the middle which placed above the purlin structure. Reduce heat and noise from outside as acoustic roof system that make comfortable and cooling inside the building.
Roof Sandwich Panel system is composed of top sheet is roofing ‘KS CosySeam’, and ‘EPS Foam Insulation’ insulated in the middle with high quality and non-flammable grade. Reduce heat and noise from outside with low thermal conductivity. EPS Foam insulation has thickness of 1-4 inches and density of 1.5-2.0 lb/ft3 that help make stronger to roof system. The bottom sheet depends on each system type as following :
Type 1 : Smart type of Roof sandwich panel that bottom sheet is KS-U Sheet make elegant,modern and smart roof.
Type 2 : Splendid type of Roof sandwich panel that bottom sheet is KS Splendid profile looks like slat and keep warm.
Type 3 : Boam type of Roof sandwich panel. There is no bottom sheet, the bottom of the roof panel is EPS foam insulation.
