KS VentFlow - Roof Ventilator
KS Ventflow : Roof Ventilation System that makes comfortable and cooling inside the building. Can be reduced temperature of the air inside up to 6.7 degree celsius. Remove overheated air from roof, increase circulation and ventilation. In case of design the vent on the roof can reduce the maximum temperature of the air inside the factory by 10 to 12 Degree Celsius.
There are 2 types - KS VentFlow600 and KS VentFlow700 can be used with all roof profiles. To be strength with Press Frame for better performance. Have walling sheet and a special flashing (rain protection flashing), not obstructing the wind and preventing rainwater from dripping into the building. Special mesh to protect the bird, mouse, squirrel into the building.

Techniques for ventilation in factories or buildings
There are two types: Active Ventilation and Passive Ventilation
- Active Ventilation or Mechanical Ventilation systems use mechanical energy to ventilate air, such as fans and air conditioning systems.
- Passive Ventilation or Natural Ventilation systems use natural forces from wind for ventilation which can flow out through the opening from the inside to the outside. Relies on air circulation By natural wind (Natural Convective Circulation), which is “hot air will rise up high and cool air will flow in to replace it”, reducing the heat without using electrical energy. To make cool the building faster, that is, to improve the higher efficiency of ventilation
*Air change is the amount that needs air to be added to the area. to replace the air in that area of the factory or building This can be calculated from the Air change rate to calculate the amount of air circulation in the area. The obtained values can be compared with relevant standards or laws, such as according to ministerial regulations or EIT standards, etc.

Note: From the figure, the air velocity at the entrance to the factory is equal to 0.5 m/s when air flows into the factory with the KS VentFlow700 installed, opening size 700 millimeters, at installation spacing of 15 meters, which has better ventilation than the factory without KS VentFlow700 system. As a result, the accumulated heat layer is less than the factory without KS VentFlow700 system. This make the air flow from the front of factory into inside the factory better. The air circulation within the factory will decrease when the Heat Flux value in the roof area is higher.
